The Count of Monte Christo

Beitragvon LakritzSchnecke » 03.01.2009, 15:11:38

Hi.

3. A Story told

Patrick Stanke as Fernand Mondego, Mark Seibert as de Villefort, Mathias Edenborn as Baron Danglars

Fernand Mondego
We are friends, are we not?

Baron Danglars
And our interests are the same

de Villefort
We collaborate

Baron Danglars
And trust in fate
To parcel out to the blame

Fernand Mondego
There are ends we forgot
That can justify the means

Baron Danglars
Will it go she hates

de Villefort
Then fabricate the facts behind the scenes

Fernand Mondego
Keeping all the details wake and secrets hidden

Baron Danglars
Save in the balanced sheet of those she trust
Because history is a story told by the winners of the fight

You imply a little

Fernand Mondego
Lie a little

de Villefort
Justifying
Why a little sailor

Fernand Mondego
Who’s gonna question what goes on in the middle of the night
Not a tinkle

Baron Danglars
Not a tailor

Fernand Mondego
Not it’s father on it’s say this

de Villefort
Or a jailer

Fernand Mondego
So we all are agreed
Let’s be victual and in wise

Baron Danglars
We must all pretend
Our knighty friend
Who is caught in his own lies

For a plan to succeed
We must share but one believe

And where Dantes days
And anxious days inside the shafforties

Fernand Mondego
With the softest things
He’ll touch stones and darkness
Deep in a cracky island dungeons keep

de Villefort
Because history is a story told by the men who make the laws

Baron Danglars
With a pile little lie

Fernand Mondego
To help the gullible
to buy a little fable

de Villefort
What will become of the rightist man
Who’s farship Dantes floors

Baron Danglars
Too rich

de Villefort
A well respect

Fernand Mondego
And no more to be rejected at a table

Out be a comfort in her time
Of grief and anguish
Out we must see this ever faithful echo light
Every night

de Villefort
A part of me whishes Dantes didn’t
Have to languish

Baron Danglars
Part I can see
It’s him or me

de Villefort
Let him sit there
And rock till he’s forgot

Fernand Mondego
Let him rock

Alle
History is a story told by the people who survive

de Villefort
Let me sign in then initial

Baron Danglars
it true that it's officially the story

Fernand Mondego
What if the cast doesn’t want young man
So fee more than can survive

de Villefort
It’s a price we have to pay

Fernand Mondego
So let him find another way
For love and glory

Baron Danglars
He was standing in the way
Our friendship is just a simple say

de Villefort
So goes the story

Fernand Mondego
Stick to the story

Alle
Here wents a story

Ausbesserungen in kursiv)

Fernand Mondego
We are friends, are we not?

Baron Danglars
And our interests are the same

de Villefort
We collaborate

Baron Danglars
And trust in fate
To parcel out to the blame

Fernand Mondego
There are ends we forgot (we've all got?)
That can justify the means

Baron Danglars
We'll negotiate

de Villefort
Then fabricate the facts behind the scenes

Fernand Mondego
Keeping all the details vague and secrets hidden

Baron Danglars
Save in the balanced sheet of those she'd trust (?!?)
Because history is a story told by the winners of the fight

You imply a little

Fernand Mondego
Lie a little

de Villefort
Justifying
Why a little sailor

Fernand Mondego
Who’s gonna question what goes on in the middle of the night
Not a thinker

Baron Danglars
Not a tailor

Fernand Mondego
Not it’s father
Or Mercedes

de Villefort
Or a jailer

Fernand Mondego
So we all are agreed
Let’s be vigilant and wise

Baron Danglars
We must all pretend
Our naive friend
Was caught in his own lies

For a plan to succeed
We must share but one believe

Edmond Dantes stays
And ends his days inside the Châteaux d'Yves

Fernand Mondego
Where the softest things
He’ll touch stones and darkness
Deep in a cracky island dungeons keep

de Villefort
Because history is a story told by the men who make the laws

[Baron Danglars
who will supply a little lie

Fernand Mondego
To help the gullible
to buy a little fable

de Villefort
What will become of the righteous man
Who fashions Dante's flaws

Baron Danglars
The rich

de Villefort
And well respected

Fernand Mondego
And no more to be rejected at our table

I’ll be a comfort in her time
of grief and anguish
I’ll be Mercedes ever faithful acolyte
every night

de Villefort
A part of me whishes Dantes didn’t
Have to languish

Baron Danglars
But I can see
It’s him or me

de Villefort
Let him sit there
And rot till he’s forgot

Fernand Mondego
Let him rot

Alle
History is a story told by the people who survive

de Villefort
Let me sign in then initial

Baron Danglars
it's a truce that it's officially the story

Fernand Mondego
What if the cast doesn’t want a young man
Suffering more than he can survive

de Villefort
It’s a price we have to pay

Fernand Mondego
So live and fight another day
For love and glory

Baron Danglars
He was standing in the way
Our friendship is just a simple say

de Villefort
So goes the story

Fernand Mondego
Stick to the story

Alle
Here ends the story

Hoffe, ich konnte weiterhelfen. *wink*

"I'll be there" und 12 "All this time".

I'll be there

(...)

Mercedes
In a language never spoken live the the promises we made
In the endless ____ that owns me heart and soul
In the certainty I will always be true and as near as my next prayer
You will find me there.

(...)

Edmond/Mercedes, abwechselnd
In the harbor quarter, in the ________________
In the star that we both share
In the sound of laughter
Now and ever after
Look for me I will there.

All this time

(...)

When all this time, all these years, all those nights
I‘ve looking for the star we shared
Remembering all of our plans and dreams
Now it seems it‘s me that‘s been a foul for all this time.

Tell me NO, say that it‘s all a lie
And let me go back to the hope I ______ for.

(...)

When all this time, all these years, all those nights
I‘ve looking for the star we shared (I was looking)
Remembering all of our plans and dreams
Now it seems it‘s me that‘s been a foul for all this time.( fool)

Tell me NO, say that it‘s all a lie
And let me go back to the hope I had for all this time

4 ist knifflig...

In the endless low that owns me heart and soul

In the harbor quarter, in the - an dieser Stelle versteh' ich immer spektakulären Blödsinn, nämlich "In the stone and modder" :kopfwand: Was es wirklich heißt - sorry. Kein Plan.

Hmm- nöö. ;) Das heißt definitiv was mit "stone and ?"

Thomas Borchert at his best!

Hell to your doorstep (Wahnsinn! Gänsehaut!)
A story told (supergeniales Schurkenstück: We are friends, are we not? :D Und dann diese Lache, klasse!)
Every day a little death (*heul* Da will ich den armen Edmond mal so richtig knuddeln)

Hell to your Doorstep
aus “The Count of Monte Christo”
Gesungen von: Thomas Borchert

The world is a place,
where the (?) wear a smile on their face,
while they take what you can never replace.
Stolen moments gone forever.

But tables can turn,
as my enemies will soon enough learn
I will strike a match and then watch them burn
On the (fire?) of obsession.
You run till you drop
Chasing an advantage.
You’ll pay any price if you think it as free.

(But?) I will carry hell to your doorstep
I will make you pay
You (‘ll receive?) the hate you’ve sown (???)
on my judgment day!

Sleepless nights
and days of damnation
(Soon and nevermore?)
I will bring the Chateau d’ If knocking upon your door.

And love is a lie
swearing that no matter what it won’t die
disappearing like a star in the sky
in the hot light of morning.
But what do I care
there a women to be (had?) everywhere
first as (retribution?) I must prepare
my (detention?) is mine.

(A heavenly show???) that will tempt you onward
And just when you're sure
that the price is yours
I’ll deliver hell to your doorstep
dressed in (vince?) fassade
then I’ll burn you down to the ground like an angry god
...in my shining cathedral (hear?) the golden bell
It’s the final sound you hear as you descend to hell.

Fall down on your knees
Fall down and let me hear you pray
fall down on your knees
till I can hear you bargaining, (sceeming?), begging and screaming to pay
I will carry hell to your doorstep
You will (rule/ruin?) the day (???)
You will (reach?) the hate you' ve sown
no matter how hard you pray.
It's a place without any mercy, (...?) and complot
stones of fear and stones of doubt (???)
no forgiveness, no way out
only justice (...?)

Wäre super, wenn ihr mir helfen könntet!

Lg, Thay =^^=
